• Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, red-seal carpenters, finishing carpenters, framers
• Project management - on-site supervision on daily basis. Site safety, and cleanup regularly. Communicate with the client on a daily basis - progress updates, etc.
• One point of contact for clients.
• Every project is assigned with project manager, who communicates with clients, and relays information to workers/trades.
• Each project get a 1-month follow up, to ensure customer satisfaction.

• We set up a progress payment plan for each project.
• Small deposit is required to start a job.
• A detailed free quote is provided to the client.
• All aspects of work is in writing.
• We don’t pass our problems or difficulties on to the customer, all quotes are finalized except for in the event of a major issue that could not be properly identified before work begun (For Example: Mold, cracked foundation)
• Signed contract is required to start.
